Hannah Ormondroyd is an accomplished Human Resource leader with over twenty years generalist experience, working across a variety of industry sectors.
As the global leader of the People function for CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS), Hannah works as part of the DCS Executive Committee and is responsible for building and delivering programs and strategies to improve organisational and people capability, talent pipeline and employee experience in the workplace.
Hannah’s focus on delivering comprehensive people strategies for professionals of all backgrounds, while leading strategic initiatives to support the DCS business, has elevated the organization and operations, as well promoting career pathways for women and other underrepresented groups. She views education around D&I is as a vital aspect of the company culture—not just a “check the box” item.
Prior to CBRE Hannah realised her true passion for championing diversity and inclusion while working for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), where she focused on building a highly capable, diverse and flexible workforce that exceled in a climate of change.
As a devoted mother and a career-focused professional, Hannah motivates her colleagues and industry peers with growing families (women and men) to keep climbing.
