Attract and advance women in infrastructure

iMasons Women aims to increase diversity and the number of women pursuing careers in infrastructure, in addition to increasing the visibility and the career advancement of women currently in the industry.

LatinX

A voice within the Hispanic community

The LatinX objective is to create a collaborative ecosystem within the Hispanic community to drive digital infrastructure awareness. We connect people to seize opportunities including scholarships, education training programs, and mentorship.

We guide iMasons and educate the industry on how to tap this exploding, vibrant, and young community.

Armed Forces

Creating opportunities for veterans

The Armed Forces initiative aims to increase the number of military veterans, military spouses, veterans, guards, and reservists in the digital infrastructure industry worldwide.

iMasons partners with Salute Mission Critical to connect the members of the Armed Forces Community with digital infrastructure companies seeking to hire outstanding talents.

Emerging Professionals

Inspiring future digital builders

Our Emerging Professionals Member Resource Group is driving awareness to spark engagement among other young professionals through content creation and conversation, giving them safe spaces to ask questions and grow their knowledge.

We offer a forum for open communication between established technology leaders and young people coming into the industry, creating a new stream of candidates for member organizations to help fuel diversity in our industry.

Embrace

Supporting a Diverse Network

Our Embrace Member Resource Group celebrates, inspires, and educates on race, culture and ethnicity and champions allyship within the digital infrastructure community.

The MRG is working to develop, maintain and strengthen a strong network of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) individuals across the data center sector.
