Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) is proud to announce key leadership updates to support the organization’s continued growth and global impact.
Joining the leadership team are two new strategic hires:
Taylor McCarthy joins iMasons as Director of Marketing. With extensive experience in marketing and PR within the digital infrastructure sector, Taylor will spearhead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and deepen engagement with the iMasons community. Her strategic mindset and industry insight will be key to amplifying the organization’s global voice.
Ana Franco will join iMasons on April 15 as Regional Director of the Americas. Ana will lead partner engagement and community growth across North and Latin America—regions seeing rapid expansion in digital infrastructure fueled by AI innovation. Her passion for the industry and deep market expertise will play a vital role in driving iMasons’ impact throughout the Americas.
Gina Bonatti has been promoted to Chief of Staff & Strategy, a pivotal role in which she will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on culture, marketing, and strategic execution across the organization, Gina’s leadership will be instrumental in supporting iMasons’ long-term vision and impact.
Jen Franklin, Director of Operations, will continue to oversee the execution and logistics of all iMasons initiatives. Her leadership brings the organization’s vision to life, ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-impact experiences for Members, Partners, and the global digital infrastructure community.
