iMasons AI has created a private AI platform to provide students around the world with cloud capacity and AI/ML tools to participate in hackathons, capstone projects, company projects and their own school, innovation and entrepreneurial projects.

Our goal is to empower students to connect, grow and give back with our digital infrastructure industry community.

GOAL: Onboard our first 1,000 students in H1/2026 from colleges and universities around the world.

Education Partners

iMasons AI is partnering with local colleges and universities to provide their students with access to private cloud and AI/ML tools to work on real world challenges and real world experience in the digital infrastructure space.

SMU | Lyle School of Engineering: Host of our first Hackathon with 250 students scheduled for Q1/2026. 

GOAL: Onboard our first 10 colleges and universities to support our first hackathon at SMU scheduled for the end of Q1/2026.

Hackathon

iMasons AI is partnering with schools and companies to host 24 hour hackathons for students in local regions.

Hackathon 1: Northern Texas

iMasons AI will host our first Hackathon at SMU Lyle School of Engineering, our led by the Texas Region local chapter, chaired by and hosted by on the campus of our first university partner.

  • Sponsors: Open Compute Project Foundation, Poul Due Jensen Grundfos Foundation
  • Location: SMU Lyle School of Engineering, Dallas Texas
  • Capacity: 250 students – 10+ senior teams, 30+ junior teams
  • Date: End of Q1/2026. Start; 10am Saturday. Judging / Awards; 12 noon Sunday.

  • Hackathon Host Lead: Dr Klyne Smith, SMU Lyle School of Engineering

Progress: 50 sponsorships secured through Open Compute Project Foundation & POUL DUE JENSEN GRUNDFOD Foundation.

GOAL: Secure 1,000 team sponsorships for 2026 hackathons across the US leading to the final hackathon at Yotta 2026 in Las Vegas.

Capstone Projects

iMasons AI formal development and research projects sponsored by diamond and platinum level sponsors that engage a student team made up of talent from one or more global universities, delivering on quarterly to annual development challenges.

Teams will be supported by iMasons mentors throughout the project to guide development.
