About the Event
On June 4th, over 120 Infrastructure Masons members and partners gathered in Monaco for our Diversity and Inclusion Gala. United in a single cause, the evening was dedicated to helping bridge the talent gap by fostering greater diversity and inclusion within the digital infrastructure industry. This ambitious and elegant event was a testament to our community’s commitment to creating lasting change.
A highlight of the evening was the recognition of several members as iM Education Champions, who were awarded the iM Education Champion Medal for their dedication to supporting the next generation of talent. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate those who share our deep commitment to giving back and building a more inclusive future for our industry.
The Purpose: A Commitment to Giving Back
At its core, Infrastructure Masons is about uniting the builders of the digital age to help our members connect, grow, and give back. Events like the Diversity and Inclusion Gala are a powerful manifestation of this mission. They provide a platform for our community to come together and focus its collective energy on a critical cause.
The primary purpose of this gala was to support the future of our industry by funding scholarships for women pursuing careers in digital infrastructure. Through the generous support of iMasons Partners and Members, we can invest in emerging talent and take meaningful steps to create a workforce that is as diverse as the world we serve. These gatherings are fundamental to our goal of building a greater, more equitable digital future for all.
