Part one of a two-part health, strength, and performance series for women in the data center industry.

Monica Unni, PA-C, owner of Loop Wellness, covers what changes during perimenopause and menopause, the symptoms women most often dismiss, how to think about hormone therapy, and what to ask your provider.

Jackie Schenck, MS, PA-C, of Refined Aesthetics follows with how hormonal changes show up in your skin, which treatments are worth your money, and how to spot an unqualified provider before you’re in the chair.

Beth Ciccone, Edgecore, moderates the conversation and audience Q&A.
