Chief Revenue Officer of nZero, Shawn Novak, brings 20 years of sales leadership in the technology world from Infrastructure Architecture, Software Solutions, Communications, Data Center Design and Infrastructure Consulting. Throughout his roles, Shawn has been responsible for over-seeing complex organizational consulting engagements resulting in cost savings and optimization solutions reducing energy footprints across the globe.
At nZero, Shawn continues his dedication to helping organizations reduce their carbon impact. Shawn leads the sales and marketing team and is responsible for the company’s revenue-generation strategy and execution as well as nZero’s go-to-market approach.
Shawn came to nZero from Switch, where he was a leader in national sales working with global clients, hyperscale organizations, and Fortune 250 companies resulting in over $100M+ in Total Contract Values year after year. Prior to Switch, Shawn was an integral part of the Data Center Solutions Group at CBRE, where he developed Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) models showcasing costs of moving to co-location, hosting, cloud environments, building new facilities, or upgrading existing facilities. He has helped restructure the way enterprise organizations implement Mission Critical environments and how environments relate to capacity planning requirements. His experience has allowed him an extensive understanding of data center strategy and the impacts of innovative technologies- allowing him to analyze organizational demands that ultimately result in CAPEX/OPEX savings.
