Lynn Smullen serves as Senior Vice President & Strategic Client Industry Leader for Communications at Oracle where she leads the Comms, Media & Entertainment, High Tech and Utilities segments for the Strategic Clients Organization.
Ms. Smullen is active in the ICT industry and was named in 2022 as one of the Top 20 Women to Watch in the global communications industry by Capacity Media. Prior to Oracle, Lynn served as Division Vice President Sales for Verizon Partner Solutions where she led the Digital Infrastructure and Emerging Markets business. Ms. Smullen has built and led successful sales and business development teams in ICT for over 25 years.
Prior to Verizon, she held various leadership positions in Sales, Business Development, and Product Management at CenturyLink, Savvis, Cable & Wireless, and Bell Atlantic.
Lynn currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) where she chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and has been an active member of PTC since 2004. Lynn is a passionate advocate for important causes including the American Cancer Society where she’s a member on the Board of Ambassadors and the National Brain Tumor Society. Lynn is a proud mother of 3 teenagers and enjoys tennis, travel and art in her free time.
