The Social Accord considers three dimensions together. The working framework is intended to support better questions and iteration—not to flatten a community or project into a public score.
- Economic
Investment, jobs, wages, public revenue, affordability, and infrastructure.
- Social
Education, digital access, inclusion, wellbeing, and sense of place.
- Ecological
Energy, water, air, climate, soil, biodiversity, and local resilience.
LOCAL CONTEXT MATTERS
A framework should guide inquiry—not predetermine the answer.
Different communities have different priorities, constraints, institutions, and definitions of value. Any future method should make its boundaries, assumptions, sources, and limitations visible.
This pilot intentionally avoids universal thresholds, public rankings, approval predictions, and claims about outcomes that have not been independently established.
