We encouraged all participants to read the report in advance or watch the live recording, as it provided valuable context for the discussion.
To kick things off, Santiago Suinaga, CEO of iMasons, guided us through the key findings and set the stage for our group work.
This session was designed to turn the report’s insights into actionable focus areas for the committee. We broke into groups, each centered on one of the industry’s five biggest challenges—Power, Perception, People, Planet, and Protection—and asked participants to identify practical, impactful topics that iMasons should explore to address them.
Whether expertise lies in sustainability, workforce development, innovation, or beyond, the input provided will directly influence our priorities and initiatives in the months ahead.
