With more than 40 years of experience in information technology and systems, both in the private and public sectors, Lee has dedicated himself to being a servant leader in the tech industry and changing the lives of military families worldwide.
Lee has successfully led several technology startups and turnarounds as well as built and run world-class global operations. He is recognized globally for improving the performance of critical infrastructure through sustainable solutions that reduce operating costs and driving industry trends in operational excellence. His current passion is Salute Mission Critical, a premier global data center services company, launched in 2013 and founded to provide military veterans and their families with careers. In addition, he has masterfully balanced a successful military career over 36 years (retiring as a Colonel) and serves as an advisor to many veteran support organizations. With multiple combat deployments and operating within active duty and reserves as well as leading joint and coalition forces, he brings a wealth of experience to help veterans with any background.
Tony Grayson

Tony Grayson is the General Manager of Compass Data Centers and is known as a cloud and datacenter leader throughout the industry.
Mr. Grayson regularly speaks and writes on topics ranging from sustainability to energy to datacenters to edge. Before joining Compass, Tony was an SVP at Oracle, where he was responsible for their physical infrastructure and cloud regions. Before Oracle, Mr. Grayson held senior positions with AWS and Facebook. Before embarking on his datacenter career, Tony served for 20 years in the United States Navy in multiple places, including Commanding Officer of USS PROVIDENCE (SSN-719).
Mr. Grayson is a winner of the prestigious VADMJames Bond Stockdale Award for inspirational leadership. He also serves as the lead for the Infrastructure Masons Armed Forces Member Resource Group.
