Toolbox for Mental Wellbeing in a High Growth Sector
June 3rd (08:00 – 08:45 PST) (17:00 – 17:45 CET)
The pressures on those working in the Digital Infrastructure sector are beginning to weigh heavily on people working in the supply chain having to cope with dramatically increasing demand. Whilst work related stress and anxiety are nothing new – no industry or sector has expanded as quickly in history.
Over the last year we’ve discovered the many advantages of working from home – including increasing productivity – but some colleagues tell me they feel like they are now living at work.
We need some stress in our lives as it can motivate us, but, when levels of stress get too high, it’s impossible to return to normal levels without help. People are suffering from burnout, zoom fatigue, depression, lack of sleep – the list goes on – and we need to take care of ourselves and each other.
If you’re working in Digital Infrastructure you’d be welcome to join us for the wellbeing seminar where you’ll discover and learn how to use a Mental Wellbeing Toolbox for the Digital Infrastructure Industry. How to spot the signs in yourself and others and practical things you can do that will help.
The seminar will be hosted by Simon Allen, Executive Director of the Infrastructure Masons. Simon will be joined by 3 subject matter experts who will be opening and guiding us how to use the Mental Wellbeing Toolbox
- Explain how work pressure can impact mental wellbeing
- What are the signs
- What practical steps can be taken to help.
