The pressures on those working in the Digital Infrastructure sector are beginning to weigh heavily on people working in the supply chain having to cope with dramatically increasing demand. Whilst work related stress and anxiety are nothing new – no industry or sector has expanded as quickly in history.
Over the last year we’ve discovered the many advantages of working from home – including increasing productivity – but some colleagues tell me they feel like they are now living at work.
We need some stress in our lives as it can motivate us, but, when levels of stress get too high, it’s impossible to return to normal levels without help. People are suffering from burnout, zoom fatigue, depression, lack of sleep – the list goes on – and we need to take care of ourselves and each other.
Individuals working in Digital Infrastructure were invited to join us for the wellbeing seminar. During this seminar they discovered how to use a Mental Wellbeing Toolbox for the Digital Infrastructure Industry. Additionally the seminar taught attendees how to spot the signs in yourself and others and practical things you can do that will help.
