Updates on the iMasons People Pillar and Committee

Leading Education and Workforce Development Initiatives to Build a Greater Digital Future

Bill Kleyman, long time Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) member joins Dame Dawn Childs as Co-Chair of the recently formed iMasons People Committee. This committee focuses on expanding the industry workforce and increasing awareness through education and workforce development initiatives, including the iMasons Job Matching Platform and Member Focus Groups—designed to attract, develop, and retain professionals in the digital infrastructure industry.

iMasons is also proud to announce the appointment of Hiba Agha as Director of the iMasons People Programs, further strengthening the organization’s leadership in advancing education and workforce development across the digital infrastructure sector through partnerships and alliances.

As the global economy undergoes rapid digital transformation, cultivating multiple and future-ready talent pipelines is more critical than ever. iMasons’ commitment to increase industry awareness is reflected in this new leadership appointment, as Hiba Agha joins to lead People Programs—focusing on Education and Workforce Development.

“Hiba brings a powerful mix of strategic insight, operational excellence, and deep social impact experience,” said Santiago Suinaga, CEO of iMasons. “Her ability to build meaningful partnerships, lead across systems, and deliver results will be instrumental as we scale programs that create opportunities for the next generation of digital infrastructure professionals.”

A seasoned nonprofit leader, Hiba most recently served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Hildreth Institute, where she led cross-functional execution, philanthropic engagement, and organizational planning access to higher education. Previously, she co-founded and scaled a mission-driven e-commerce business and held senior roles in research and stakeholder engagement at United Way and the International Council of Design.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Hiba holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from McGill University of Montreal, Quebec, Canada and a BA in Middle East Studies from the American University in Cairo Egypt. Her global experience spans research, policy, design, and entrepreneurship—anchored by a commitment to people, community, and systems thinking.

Based in Philadelphia, PA, Hiba will play a key role in advancing iMasons’ strategic pillars through initiatives that equip, engage, and empower a broader digital workforce.

“I’m thrilled to join iMasons and help lead its People Programs,” said Hiba Agha. “This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our industry by expanding pathways for individuals and communities that would like to discover and engage in tech and infrastructure. I’m honored to contribute to this mission with a team so deeply dedicated to impact. This is an exciting time to grow the People Program to its fullest potential, empowering the next generation of talent and driving meaningful workforce development across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.”

“People are the true power behind our digital world.” Said Bill Kleyman, “As we build faster, smarter, and more sustainable infrastructure, we need to make just as bold an investment in the humans driving it all. I’m thrilled to co-chair the iMasons People Committee with the awesome Dame Dawn Childs as we grow programs that inspire, educate, and open doors for the next wave of talent. This isn’t just workforce development—it’s about building careers, sparking passion, and having some fun along the way.”

“I am very excited to have this injection of energy into the People Committee. Said Dame Dawn Childs. “Bill was previously a long served leader in the People space working with emerging talent and then focussing on the education agenda and his passion for driving the people agenda forward is infectious!”
