Education for the Next Generation
Education lies at the heart of iMasons’ mission. Through initiatives like the Digital Infrastructure Futures Foundation (DIFF), the organization provides scholarships, distributes devices to underserved communities, and partners with educators to create STEM curricula for K-12 students. The Oplign Job Matching Platform connects talent with opportunities, further strengthening the industry’s workforce.
Empowering Diversity to Shape the Future
iMasons celebrates diversity with five Member Resource Groups (MRGs), including the newly launched Embrace MRG, which celebrates and educates on race, culture, and allyship. These groups host events and create resources to foster a more inclusive industry. In 2024 alone, they organized over 30 events and published 11 resources, driving meaningful progress.
Driving Innovation for the Digital Future
iMasons is leading the way in solving the toughest challenges in digital infrastructure through its Innovation Committee. In 2024, the committee expanded its efforts with thought leadership webinars featuring industry leaders, an enhanced Innovation Incubator Platform, and tools like the Innovation Inventory App and project repository. By fostering collaboration and highlighting emerging technologies, iMasons drives progress in creating a more efficient, connected, and sustainable digital future.
Building a Sustainable Future for Digital Infrastructure
The Sustainability Committee advances a full lifecycle framework for sustainable infrastructure by sharing best practices globally. In 2024, it hosted a workshop on Scope 2 and 3 carbon allocation in colocation and initiated a project to revisit SBTi goals for fast-growing companies.

2024 marked the launch of iMasons’ State of the Digital Infrastructure Industry Annual Report, a comprehensive analysis of digital infrastructure’s role in modern society. Downloaded over 1,000 times, the report offers insights for policymakers, investors, and community leaders, underscoring the need for sustainable and responsible growth. Connecting Members Globally

Advisory Councils: Leading Industry Transformation
The iMasons Advisory Councils, composed of C-Suite executives, vice presidents, and directors, tackle key industry issues through high-level collaboration. In 2024, the council convened in New York, Cannes, and Las Vegas, with four more events planned for 2025. Their efforts drive critical conversations and shape the future of the digital infrastructure industry.
Achieving Carbon Neutrality
Launched in 2022, the iMasons Climate Accord (ICA) brings together over 270 members to accelerate decarbonization in digital infrastructure. In 2024, it advanced sustainability through a Call to Action on EPDs, a nuclear power case study, and its inaugural event, Zeroing In. With the world’s largest companies joining the effort, the ICA is driving powerful change toward a sustainable future.
