In September 2023, iMasons brought its focus on professional development to the vibrant city of Austin for a dedicated Personal Branding Workshop.
Designed specifically for our Emerging Talent community, this event provided young professionals with the essential tools and strategies to build a powerful and authentic personal brand within the digital infrastructure industry.

The iMasons Emerging Talent initiative, our Millennials-Gen-Z affinity group, is a critical component of our mission to build a sustainable workforce for the digital future.
It was created to address the industry’s persistent challenge of attracting and retaining skilled people, particularly those early in their careers.
Our goal is to boost the education talent pipeline by providing students and young professionals with mentorship, valuable career insights, and a strong community network.
