iMWomen Welcome Lunch, Resilience & Rising: Women Leading Through Adversity
The goal of the luncheon is to inspire connection, vulnerability, and courage among attendees, empowering women in tech and operations to step forward with confidence, even before they feel fully “ready.”
During this luncheon we will explore together how women in the data center and technology sectors have navigated personal and professional adversity, led with purpose during periods of chaos, and emerged stronger, bringing others along with them.
This panel brings together diverse voices who have faced challenges ranging from systemic bias and burnout to career pivots, personal and professional crises, and high-pressure leadership moments. Their stories will highlight the power of authenticity, confidence, relationships, and inner strength to transform adversity into fuel for growth, connection, and impact followed by an open forum where other women can weigh in on the topic.
This exclusive lunch session, hosted by iM Women, brings together experts from across the industry to discuss with their peers the challenges faced and opportunities ahead in a closed-door environment.
This session is a women-only event and is by invitation only – if you are interested in attending please email concierge@datacenterdynamics.com
