Hosted by Infrastructure Masons Women (IMWomen) and sponsored by EdgeConneX, with support from 7×24 DC Chapter and AFCOM Potomac Chapter, this special event brings together women and allies from across the mission critical industry.
Featuring keynote speaker and executive coach Jenn Thurman, the morning will inspire authentic leadership, meaningful connection, and collaboration follwed by a mixer with our male allies.

Presenter:
Jennifer Thurman is an inspired executive coach with nearly two decades of experience guiding senior leaders through transformation, growth, and meaningful change. Her background spans industries from healthcare and telecommunications to retail and education.
As an executive coach, Jenn works with senior executives and their teams in various stages of transition, transformation or transcendence to support their goals of achieving meaningful change and evolution – and of making an important impact in the world. Her clients are primarily senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurs championing world-changing ideas.
