iMasons Marketing Associate

Position Description

As a Marketing Associate at iMasons, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director to create engaging content, manage digital platforms, and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the success of our team.

The position will be full-time and salaried. Remote/worldwide candidates are welcome, although the iMasons team is based in Europe and Pacific Time zones. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Creation: Develop compelling email campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions. This includes crafting captivating copy, designing visually appealing layouts, and optimizing for maximum effectiveness.
  • Website Edits: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website with fresh content, imagery, and other relevant information to enhance user experience and reflect the latest developments within the organization.
  • Event Collateral Creation: Take ownership of creating all event collateral, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, and imagery. Ensure that materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner. Help develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Event Planning Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with all aspects of event planning, particularly for Local Chapter and Member Resource Group events. This may include coordinating logistics and managing registrations. 
  • Membership Approval Process: Manage the membership approval process, including reviewing applications, verifying eligibility, and communicating with prospective members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Event Attendance: Represent iMasons at local events and industry gatherings as needed, collaborating with other staff members to promote our brand and forge valuable connections within the community.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English.

Desired skills and abilities

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience with event planning and social media management.  

This is a full-time salaried position with a bonus. iMasons provides a competitive salary and benefits package.
