IM Local Chapter Meeting – Italy

IM Local Chapter Meeting – Italy

IM Local Chapter Meeting – Italy

07 November, 2018 |

Infrastructure Masons was founded in 2016 with an initial USA focus. However, iM is now established in EMEA and gaining greater momentum with the formation of iM Local Chapters.

The overarching aim of iM is to “Connect, Grow and Give Back” and an iM Local Chapter is a geographically specified area or region where the Digital Infrastructure Industry (End Users and Partners) would benefit from a regional focus and coordination.

iM Local Chapters are important, not just for iM to scale and deliver value, but there are different local issues around digital infrastructure that would be best addressed by the cooperation and coordination of local digital infrastructure leaders. iMasons provides the perfect platform to address such issues as we leave our companies at the door to find solutions that benefit the industry.

The 1st step in forming a Local Chapter is to arrange a meeting of local infrastructure leaders to determine and document the iMasons Local Chapter mission (value, objectives, structure, how often to meet, key local issues, etc)

Helping coordinate the Milan iM Local Chapter Meeting are

Giordano Albertazzi and Riccardo Degli Effetti

A visit of the SUPERNAP data center in Milan, the most advanced Data Center in Southern Europe, was hosted on November 8th.

SUPERNAP Italia marks SUPERNAP International’s first European data center built on the foundation of Switch’s industry-leading data centers in the United States. The Milano Campus is in close proximity to major highways and the main national and international airports.

If you are interested in partnering with iM to build the local chapter, please contact iMasons Administration.
