SUMMARY:Innovation Incubator: Meet the Startups
DESCRIPTION:2018 Diversity Champion Award \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n June 12\, 2018\n \n \n \n \n All Day Event\n \n \n \n \n Monaco\n \n \n \n\n \n \n Photo Album\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n About the EventOne of the largest challenges we face in the infrastructure industry is attracting\, developing\, and retaining talent. Today\, women represent less than 10% of the work force with an even smaller percentage in senior leadership roles. We were delighted to announce\, at Datacloud Monaco 12th June 2018\, that Rob Roy (CEO Switch) had been selected to receive the first Infrastructure Masons Diversity Champion Award for the outstanding work done to enable career opportunities for women. Rob Roy hired women before diversity was cool. However\, he didn’t do it because of external pressure\, or to look good\, or even because it was the right thing to do. He did it because it was where he found unrecognized talent to grow his business. \n \n \n \n \n \n A notable example of diversity in leadership comes from Switch\, where over half of the management team members have been women for more than a decade. This reflects the commitment of their founder\, Rob Roy\, who was the first recipient of the iMasons Diversity Champion Award. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Photo Galleries\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Relive the best moments of the event here \n \n \n \n 2018 Diversity Champion Award June 12\, 2018
