The event was part of a new initiative for the UK Chapter\, which will focus each of its 2023 meetings on a core iMasons pillar. This meeting was centered on Diversity and Inclusion\, highlighting the importance of creating a more equitable and inclusive industry. The meeting began with a welcome from the newly appointed UK Chapter Lead\, Lee Heggan\, Director at CBRE DCS. A panel of subject matter experts\, including former and current iMasons Diversity and Inclusion Chairs Hannah Ormondroyd and Dame Dawn Childs\, led a discussion on the benefits of engaging a more neurodivergent workforce. 								\n				\n				\n				\n									Topics covered included:The difference between neurodiversity and neurodivergenceBenefits and opportunities of neurodivergence within the digital infrastructure industryHow to cater for neurodiversity and neurodivergence in the workplaceImprovements you can make for better equality and inclusivity								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n		\n				\n				\n									About the Event:An iMasons Local Chapter is a regional hub that unites digital infrastructure professionals to connect\, grow\, and give back in their local communities.
