It aims to raise awareness among the armed forces community about the rewarding career opportunities available and to educate the industry on the valuable contributions that veterans can bring\, such as discipline\, problem-solving\, and leadership skills. The initiative provides resources\, including a job-matching platform\, and waives member fees for active duty members\, veterans\, and their spouses to help them connect\, grow\, and give back within the iMasons community. It also collaborates with industry partners to create a direct pipeline of talent and to support and amplify workforce training programs.
