The event’s agenda included an introduction to the iMasons organization and a detailed look into the iMasons Education Initiatives and Scholarship Program in Mexico. Attendees had the unique opportunity to meet some of the UNAM students who have been recipients of the iMasons scholarships. A central part of the workshop was a collaborative session led by industry leaders Santiago Suinaga Sainz\, MD of KIO Data Centers; Jeff Omelchuck\, Executive Director of iMasons; and Jose Luis Friebel of DatacenterDynamics. This workshop provided a forum for digital infrastructure leaders in the LATAM region to share their insights and provide input on how iMasons can best support the industry’s continued growth and address its needs in Mexico. The virtual event was an exclusive opportunity for iMasons members registered for the DCD Conference. 								\n				\n				\n				\n							\n			\n		\n						\n				\n				\n		\n				\n				\n									What is an iMasons Local Chapter?An iMasons Local Chapter serves as a regional hub for digital infrastructure professionals who are passionate about advancing the industry. By joining a Local Chapter\, members can connect with peers\, grow their professional network\, and give back to their community in a meaningful way. Each chapter operates as an agnostic platform where individuals “leave their company at the door” to foster transparent and collaborative discussion. Through local meetings\, workshops\, and events\, members tackle the industry’s most pressing challenges\, from power and sustainability to the talent pipeline. They also boost education initiatives\, support scholarship programs\, and promote innovation within their specific region.
