All non-U.S. citizens (including Canadian citizens\, permanent resident aliens\, and resident aliens) are required to obtain advance approval and must submit a Foreign National Access Request (FNAR) by Aug 22. All submissions are handled on a case by case basis. After registration\, NREL staff will contact non-U.S. citizens with a copy of the necessary FNAR and additional instructions.
